i have a place i go to, i call it myy special place, it is so quiet and peacefull, close to nature, river trees birds etc, and i just sit there for an hour, sometimes i read, or if you want you can just drift away into your own private world, i have taken friends there at times and they felt better for it i am sure there will be such a beauty spot near you you can go to, or a walk along a beach helps. if all else fails find a good friend and talk about it

please never give up i had depression for ten years and felt like giving up but my mates not let me i am glad as life is so much better now

You try and take your mind off these negative thoughts we all have bad days. Obviously if this is an everyday feeling then i suggest you visit your gp as a mild course of antidepressants and counselling my aid in alleviating the problem. sometimes it just helps to talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling and your anger etc will half. as my old dad always says ' don't let the barstards get you down'
also sometimes going for a run or using a punchbag can help you are not alone millions of people feel this way it's just hard when it is you going thru it.

try to think of those who do not have a country like ours, or people who live on the streets. I can remember being really down and depressed then while in london took a walk at about 12.30 in the morning looking up the down and outs and seeing them que up for the sally ann van for a bit of hot soup, i then saw how well off i was and i keep the thought with me even today that was over 20 yrs ago.

I think of positive things and sorta shut off critizism from everyone and everything and think about what I'm just good at and what I love and everything. That sorta puts me back on my feet and I try again. This must be a bad day for you, but you'll be ok. We all have our ups and downs right? Oh, and no pms, please don't bite my head off, hehehe...

When you feel like giving up, give up. You can always go back to your life later. Take a break. Disengage. Do something else for awhile. Have some fun. Have some laughs. When your mind is refreshed, go back to your life.

Hi, when I am feeling angry and ticked off I usually do something strenuos to try and wear it off like chopping wood or moving furniture around or something like that.
When I am feeling sad or depressed I usually go somewhere that others are worse off than me like the nursing home.

Go to the pub. Get blindingly drunk. Go home and make passionte love to your partner/ pick up some guy/girl and go back to theirs and have a rampant session. You'll feel better, until the hangover!

You write in a very illiterate manner so it's difficult to give advice. Can I suggest learning joined-up writing as therapy. You'd still be an idiot of course

Hot bubble bath, relaxing music, and then some chocolate. It always makes me feel better.
Oh, and sleep! you'll feel much better the day after.

If you don't suffer from heart problems, then you can do some exercises to sweat it all out
