The carpet in my dining room is filthy and I think its a different color now. Whats a good vaccuum brand?

I have a phantom, my hubby says that he thinks that it sucks the dirt thru the floor boards!
I really is a good vaccuum.

Electrolux, but it sounds like you need a carpet cleaning, washing
machine that shampoos your rug .
