Ok so this girl I know and have been flirting with...she might know that I like her...

SO she stays up until 3 or 4 am watching tv and surfing the web...and essentially wakes up at 12 or 1 pm.... is it ok to call and wake her up at 10 or 11 am?

Sounds like a weird sleep pattern to me. Don't call when she's asleep. Call in the afternoon or early evening. And try to avoid phone conversations. The phone is for arranging dates, not for extended chatting. Limit yourself to 5 mins max, and use that time to arrange a date or something. When you're on the phone, you miss out on a whole lot of important body language. She could be rolling her eyes at you and yawning and you wouldn't know that you're doing something wrong. So, just make a brief call and arrange a face-to-face meeting. If she won't shut up, tell her to save it for the date so you'll have something to talk about! Good luck!

Depends on how much she ♥ u.....
b4 my bf & i were bf/gf I had a HUUUGE crush on him. We talked everyday n were just friends. Then, I wouldn't have minded if he wole me up @ 2 am.....or anytime. Even now I would consider it a very pleasent awakening. Just make sure this girl likes u, cuz if she doesen't (or not enough) u could really tick her off. No girl is pleasent when they wake up! lol

If she likes you, I should think that would be a good idea. It seems to me that she would think it's sweet, at least to some extent. However, she may not be a morning person, and she may be a little grumpy and ill, so at least try to be sweeter than ever then.

No. Show her respect by observing her hours.
