If they took all the Americans (Take their legal status away) and drop them in Mexico...Know they are illegal immigrants...just so they could be in the same position the mexicans are in..

How long do you think it will take them to come back across the border crying to usa?
with out caring to break the law of usa....

My opinion : I think they won't survive in Mexico and they won't even make it back across the usa...Lol

I got a better question. What if Mexico had a civil war they keep talking about...which side would the USA be on? Which would you fight for? Would you give up your US citizenship to become only Mexican? What if you choose the opposite side that Bush sends down troops and missiles and carpet bombs?

What if this all happened when USA, Canada, and Mexico were one country?? How oppressed would the elite in Mexico feel about taking orders from Canada and the USA?

And of course, your question means nothing about the issue nor is there any truth to it. Of course, being puerto rican, you just said that while you could survive, your other puerto rican, janpanses, white, black, haitain, Jamaican, Mexican, Asian, Amish, Native Indians...and all the others can't.

You are complaining that Americans don't want illegal immigration in this country. Why don't you read up on the immigration laws of Mexico? Their laws are much tougher than ours. Entering into Mexico illegally is a felony punishable by years in prison. There are a lot of people in Central and South America who have it worse than Mexicans who try to get into Mexico for a better life but Mexico doesn't allow them in. The US government knows that we have millions of people living here illegally but we don't deport them. The US is actually talking about giving them amnesty and letting them live here legally. Does Mexico do that for all the people from El Salvador or Nicaragua who try to have a better life by moving to Mexico? Absolutely not. Mexico deports more illegals from their country than the US does.

Read up on it before you start ranting about the US and its policies.

I would survive in Mexico! Good weather, nice beaches and cool shops! What's the problem? Would I miss the USA? Sure, but don't make it sound like Mexico is a ****-hole!

I'd just ask for a drivers license, free health care, and free food to survive on till there was an "amnesty" or till i got a tax-free job or had a kid and he became a "citizen"

I would march in the streets carrying the American flag and demand they give me citizenship and free health care and free education for my kids, and a good job, and if they asked me why I fly the American flag when they kicked me out, I would tell them I am proud to be American even if the country gave me nothing. sound familiar.
