Since you do not speak any Hindi, and would like to say only this one sentence... meaningfully and with a sense of being natural... then say this-
"Mujhe tumse behad pyaar hai. Mujhe tumhaari yaad aayegi."
It means :
I love you boundlessly.
I will miss you.
I hope that you do it well!

If you have a real relationship that is honest and trusting then it shouldn't be a problem because she isn't going to act on any of the come ons she gets from other guys whether they were previous boyfriends or not. The only thing you should do is express your feelings to your girlfriend about this. Just be calm and open with her. No one is psychic that I know when it comes to how the other half of a relationship is feeling at any particular time or place. You have to verbalize your feelings without being threatening or making it seem like an ultimatum. You want her to know that you trust her, but out of respect to you maybe she could ask her guy friends to respect the fact that she's with you and not to be in your face with their stuff. If you approach this in the right way she should understand and let her friends know that she would like them to back off and respect her. It is kinda disrespectful after all for a man to talk to a lady like that when they know she's taken.
