Perfection?
In (NIV) Psalm 119:96, perfection was an allusional attribute of God
In Lamentations 2:15, perfection was descriptive of the appearance of a city, Jerusalem before the Babylonian Exile.
Ezekiel 27:4 is functionally similar to the Lamentations example, but for a different city and different message.
In 1 Corinthians 13:10, it speaks of a future time when God would make all of His people into our final form.
In 2 Corinthians 13:9, it is talking about making people better, not that they got there already, verse 13 makes it a target not a current accomplishment.
Hebrews 7:11 makes a rhetorical argument.
When viewing the scene, it is. When viewing God's character, it is our best estimation. Don't make the Book say things it doesn't.

Your quoting wrong; "Perfection is in the eye of the Beholder". Only one "the". 'The Perfection' implies only one perfection. Nice try tho.

Beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is only skin deep. Real beauty shines out from within. Only a few people ever experiance this. Especially in our society where a outer person is all they ever see. That kind of beauty fades, but real beauty radiates forever.

yes, beauty and perfection are both in the eye of the beholder, but if someone thinks that they are excessively perfect or pretty, they're too proud.

Some believe that everything is perfect just as it exists right now. We project the belief in imperfection because we have not broadened our viewpoint to embrace the truth of this mystical perfection.

Someone can perceive to see perfection. But no one is perfect, here on Earth now. Jesus was perfect while He lived on the Earth. He was the only one.
