I'm thinking chiuaua(or however you spell it),but I've heard that there is a breed that is smaller than a chiuaua but I really don't know if that is true because chiuaua's are really small.

I am preety sure it is a teacup chihuahua, my grandfather had one and at full grown it could still fit in his palm
