My knee clicks sometimes when Im just walking. I sound like I have 80 year old knees. I am only 29 help. It doesnt hurt just annoying.

hey hun...i hear what your sayin'...we used to know exactly were my aunt was in the house cause every time she walked it sounded like her knees n ankles was clickin' jingle bells lol.....literally!....i noticed my knees started making a crunching sound when i squatted down and then stood back up....like you said it doesn't hurt and yet its really aggravatin' to hear...i hope you have luck on this q..just hoped ta make ya feel better in the fact that your not alone....love daisy

Look it up on www.webmd.com Sounds like the cartiledge. There is a diagnosis called osteoarthritis that causes clicking

When you were younger did you participate in sports, like football or basketball or tennis? Time and injury cause many issues for the knees.

It may not be hurting now but who knows what will happen in the future. I strongly recommend you go to an physician to have it checked out, an orthopedic specialist.

there are two causes either you are dehydrated (yos hould consume more potasium in you diet) and water of course, go easy with cofee and coke, and red meats. the other is that your posture is not quite good if you do not believe stand with your back facing a wall your heels, calves, buttocks and upper back or omoplatus should be contacting the wall-.
