To play or watch?
Playing and watching:
soccer (Playing and watching. Nothing like running down the field to kick a ball and score a goal.)
swimming (Playing and watching)
paintball (Playing and watching. An intensive sport, speedball is action packed, and each game is over in about 2 minutes. Woodball is as close as you can get to real world recon. missions without being in the military.)
basketball (playing)
Boxing (watching, although sometimes it can get tedious watching it since there are so many rules to violate.)
Mui Thai kick boxing (watching, Mui Thai kick boxing seems to be the most effective style...)
I can't remember what it's called, but the sport is where two men get into the ring, and just duke it out, using any style they wish, with the only rule being "don't kill each other." (I *mostly* watch this)

Favourite sport differs from country to country and continent to Continent.Like in US, American Soccer ,Ice Hockey and Rugby may be popular,in Europe Football and Rugby is adored. In UK,Cricket is liked allover. So it differs but what is more important is that one must be involved in sport which is a very healthy activity and keeps you away from bad things. In our part of the world ,we like Field Hockey.
