STRAIGHT CUT FROM HEAD TO TAIL ON HIS BELLY AND TAKE EVERYTHING OUT. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT LIKE A STAKE AFTER THE CLEANING YOU TAKE A GOOD KNIFE AND A WOOD HAMMER. PUT THE KNIFE ON THE FISH AND BAAANG THE HAMMER ON THE KNIFE CUT IT TO FEW PISCES NOT MORE THEN AN INCH THICK.

gutting a fish is easy but i was a fisherman for 2 yr , filleting them is a diff story tho. that takes practice.
