Alcohol content can be regulated by the producer, depending on his processing. A good bottle of Valpolicella would be anywhere from 12 to 15 percent. By law it must be under 14% for shipment to USA. An additional tax is levied if above.

I don't know, but you can always read the label before you buy any alcolholic beverage, the percentage of alcohol is always printed on the bottle, can or whatever.

I don't know but that beer is the pits! That is why they smoke weed in Jamaica, the beer is awful.
