i think she was the girl with the boyfriend that was always kissing and holding hands throughout the whole movie.. but always in the background. she looks really young..... but i think it was her.

Michelle Williams was 2 when Fast Times came out (she was born in 1980, the movie came out in 1982). So it's pretty unlikely. Plus she is not listed in the cast on IMDB nor is it on her filmography. Does look like of like her, though.
