Hauntings - Are they real?

Many people claim to have seen ghosts in their houses, but is it real or fake? If you have experienced this, please tell us your story...

Oh, it's definately real.I grew up in a 'haunted' house.Doors and cupboads opened and slammed shut.A rocking chair rocked all by itself, there were cold spots on the 3rd floor in the summer (all year round,actually)footsteps running upstairs when I was home alone, hearing my name called when I was alone,and all manner of harmless stuff in that house.And there was no logical explaination for it.No drafts,unevenly hung doors,faultlines,or stuff like that.As for experinces outside my old house, I was once locked in a bathroom that didn't have a lock on the door, and the radio in the bathroom skipped channels to a station halfway down the dial.It was one of the old type radios,too.No remote control.My sister had to let me out.I even have photographic evidence.In these pictures, there are wisps of smoke over the people.No one was smoking at the time, the pictures were taken indoors, and smoke doesn't drift downwards.All the pics on that roll that weren't taken inside the place were okay, and the camera has never had pictures come out like that before or since.And my dog,at the time, refused to go in there.She just stayed in the yard.So I'd say that yes, spookies are real.

Yes they are real and I have witnessed many. I am a Moon Child. My last apparition I seen was at Statum Shores in Abeeville, Georgia, 2001. MY story was printed in the paper and there is only one other man that has seen it besides me and he remains anonymous. I have not been back there since and I will not elaborate on what I seen It scared the living shiit out of me.

Yes, I believe they are real. As I was telling another person, I lived in a house were things flew out of our kitchen cabinets and drawers. My aunt and I saw a pair of red eyes staring at us in the kitchen window, and we had side attic door that were open every morning even after we put a bookshelf in front of one and a dresser in front of the other door. The dresser and the bookshelf was just pushed out in to the middle of the floor by the doors. It became too much and my family finally moved.

When I was a child of about 6yr........I was crying because I did not get my way and was sent to bed.........everyone else was in bed too and when I would cry I would hear loud Footsteps like someone had on Boots..........The harder I cried the Louder they got.......I was not the only one who heard these noises.......my Mother heard them as well as my Father.......I feel that the Devil and his Demons can Haunt you if you let them.........What my Father did was was though the house with the Bible saying prayers and reading from the Bible..........since then no problems
The Devil will seek out the weak and with me being a child I was the weak link so to speak

It is real. I used to have three ghosts who liked to make jokes on me. Drop a book in the middle of the night, start talking jump out of corners, the whole bit. I love them to death (haha).

Im an occultist and invite spirits to chill at my house.

When Satan sinned so did many other wicked angels or a better term is spirit creatures you cannot see.
They are not dead people at all but mighty spirit creatures who pose as dead people.
they are anything but fake, they try to scare people and make you think it is some dead relative. But they are wicked and don't try to get in touch with them.

I believe they are real; I've seen several spirits in my lifetime, but the one that really freaked me out was in a house set in the backwoods of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia; was sleeping next to my boyfriend; something woke me up; saw a man hoovering in front of the bed...kind of white-ish, blue-ish hazy, see through...could tell he was wearing an old floppy hat,pants, shirt; tried to wake my boyfriend; he would't wake up;when the guy vanished, I was finally able to wake him and described him; he grabbed me out of bed and took me to the guy who owned the house and had me tell him; his words to me:" you just described my father; he hung himself in that room; it was his bedroom..." freaky....
