My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and are still so in love. Sometimes we both express actual pain (like in the stomach or chest) and have attributed this to love. Is that weird???

Yeah that happened to me. A girl I was dating cut me with a butcher knife, of course that was after I got the ax away from her, but that was physically painful. Just kidding with you. I seriously know exactly what you mean. You know the expression of "heart ache", well being away from the girl I love really makes my chest hurt. So, in short, no you are not weird... you're right!!

No, not weird. I've physically ached inside when I've missed someone I've loved that much. And I've noticed sometimes that I somehow will have similar pains as someone I love has. Not weird - just connected! That's a good thing.

yes i have and dam did it hurt. the pain that i felt was like fire in my heart and i new at that time that i found the girl of my dreams . and the good new i been with her for over 13 years now and been married for 8. man love hurts

It's called sympathy pains had them when my wives were pregnant (separate wives yes divorced tried again ,failed.)
