Send or don't send an error report. This is driving me crazy.

That dam pop up has been around for years trying to scare newcomers into paying them $$--a scam!!
It sounds as if you do not have a firewall (forget the XP firewall), nor spyware.
Go to http://komando.com/downloads/categories.aspx?cat=Security
to find links to security programs.
Try ZoneAlarm -- a good, free firewall. Be sure to turn off the XP firewall.
AVG is a free ant-virus. Spybot and Ad-aware was provide superior spyware protection.
Remember, you need 4 things to protect your computer--A good anti-virus program (keep it updated and run it often); a good firewall; good anti-spyware programs (update and run often[I run Ad-aware every time I go to log off); and the MS updates.

hmmm... it could be your internet connection/configuration(settings) but I would be more apt to believe sypware to be the culprit in most cases. Have you done a spyware scan recently? If not, here are some free apps to use, they are great and super-easy to use, oh yeah and FREE

Because it crashed. In order to determine what's causing it, choose send. If it finds the cause, you'll be given a link to a possible cause/solution.

because internet explorer sucks, you should use mozilla firefox. its faster and has better options. go to www.mozillafirefox.com its free too.

u probably have some kind of virus, run scans with your anti-virus software
