download adobe photoshop here, its a trial version but you can find some serial keys on the 2nd link. after installing the photoshop look at its program files folder, there are some samples and try to read help to get more info. good luck

Go to google.com, then look at thier list of free downloads. You want to download a program called picassa. It is a wonderful photoshop program. I use it instead of the one that came with my digital camera. It's easy to use too.
