For a 12 year old girl, 62" is in the 75%tile for height and 85 lbs is 25%tile for weight. This means only 25% of the general population is taller than you at 12, but 75% are heavier than you in weight.
In 'short' you're taller than average, but too skinny. Average (50%tile) for a 12 year old girl is about 95 pounds.

Sounds fine to me! Anyway, girls will be better off being too short than too tall, because guys don't usually like girls taller than them. With guys it's the other way around.
