why isnt my lexmark z600 installing properly??

i tried to intall my disk for my lexmark Z600 and it would not install properly, i also tried to install it using the add printers on the control pannel and it did not work that way either. so please tell me what to do.

Maybe you can provide some specific information on how you know it did not install. Like maybe an error message or something.

I have a lexmarkz611 did you follow the installation disk that came with it?? you have to follow the directions exactly.. maybe you want to uninstall it and start again..if that don't work then try callin customer service for help...Good luck
