My boyfriends xgirlfriend is pregnant and wants to give up all her parental right to him which we all argree is for the best.. can she do that?

Yes, but I'd get something in writing. Consult a family attorney. You will want some future protection if she changes her mind. Don't approach her about this until close to her due date. I assume she wishes to hand the baby over to you at the time of birth. Have the paperwork ready.

There will be a paternity test first to see if he is the father, so it will not happen over night. She may change her mind after the baby is born also. Baby's have a way into your heart and this could happen regarding changing her mind. Talk to an attorney regarding the best interests of all parties involved.

Yes contact a lawyer for all the details.
She can give them up even if no one is ther to step in. ie when a mother gives a child up for adoption. But you cna not force her too unless she is a crack head

Only if someone is there to take up the rights as a mother. I tried to sue for the rights from my children's father and was told there had to be someone there to adopt them after the rights were forfeited.

Yes, she can but after she does that she has no say so whatsoever in any of the decisions about the child.
