i think my bf is cheating but im not 100% sure

Why not try being up front and honest with the guy. It's as simple as asking him the question that has you worried and/or upset. Hopefully in your relationship you are both honest with one and other and he will either confirm your fears or relieve them by assuring you (honestly) that he is not cheating.

There is a tv show called cheaters (after sex in the city). They will spy on him for a few days and tell you if he is.
No, but really, I know you won't do the above...I was just joking more than anything.
Just honestly, talk to him about it. Is he a sweet guy that you love, or is he a bad a** that is after one thing, and that is why your his gf. Think about how important this relationship really is to you. If you know its not something that will last anyway, just dump him, if you love him, talk to him, and try to work it out.

hmm i suggest u get a friend that he doesnt know about to keep an eye on him, this way u can be sure. plus, i know this is harsh but mabye u should figure out his passwords and stuff
