Tough question given you didn't describe him...but here are a few that might fit the bill.

Try a custom pool cue. With a case if you can afford it. Very cool. Always useful...and orginal.

Or try a day at a indoor racing track...with minature cars that drive fast.

Or try a neat leather jacket for fall.

Or perhaps some microbrew beers from several places...either local breweries, or imports....or something that he particularly likes.

Or try a day of whitewater rafting or horseback riding. Pick something that he hasn't tried before.

Or try going to the beach for the day and taking him out for raw oysters.

Lots of ideas...really it depends on your man. Good luck

A nice hand written letter send via the mail. It would mean so much more than these simple e-mails used today. People need to create hand written messages once again that have proper spelling and do not include jargon that is becoming all to familiar today. This I believe would be nicer for your boyfriend to receive than any product you could purchase for him. Providing it is from the heart and a nice letter he will remember this simple but special gesture for a long time.

Get him something that he will enjoy. I know that's a general category, but what I mean is get him something that is related to one of his hobbies or one of his passions so that he'll enjoy using the gift. Don't get him something work related unless he really loves his career.

Another idea is jewelry, like a signet ring. You can engrave your names on the back. But if he's the type that doesn't like to wear jewelry, then stick to the hobbies.

Just remember, with a guy it's not the thought that counts, it's the stuff. Gift cards all the way!
