You should probably go to a therapist, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. Please be careful. I've gone through this myself and I know how hard it is. Here are a few tips I learned to use so that I didn't binge, maybe it will help you?
When you feel an eating binge coming on, try to get out of the room where the food is and try to get your mind on another thing. Try playing a word or numbers game - like Soduko. [They have tons of free Sudoko games online and they are addictive!]. You could also try watching a movie that you KNOW will keep your mind involved [this can be hard] or calling up a friend and chatting or even going out.
You can also drink a LARGE cup of ice water. This will fill your stomach up and try and help your body remember that it is not hungry.
If you are very, very disciplined, when you feel a binge coming on, try to have just a tiny, tiny bit of whatever it is you really want. For instance, if you want to eat an entire package of Oreos eat JUST ONE. Denying the urges can sometimes make the desire to binge happen less frequently, but it can also be very hard to stop eating once you have started.
Above all else, do NOT get down on yourself when you binge happens. Making yourself feel depressed or otherwise low can actually make you want to eat more. Remind yourself that you are a very important person and you do not need this food. If you feel like you don't care, remind yourself how special and unique you are. It sounds corny, but it can really help.
I really hope at least some of this helped. Good luck and please be careful.

Try to eat regularly, a person that has not eaten in more than 6 hours is more likely to eat more food and in some cases fatty foods. The human body is predisposed to eating high energy foods AKA high in fat and carbs, and releases endorphins when it gets them thats wwhy you can feel high when you eat foods like this. Dont surround yourself with unhealthy foods, and try to eat healthy snacks before you become VERY HUNGRY. You should seek help for your Bulemia.

Sorry!!! I just answered one of your other questions by replying to check overeaters anonymous, then saw this one. This makes it sound much more like an eating disorder than just craving too much food.
Please get help! People have died from this disease and it is nothing to fool around with. You can beat this but you won't be able to do it by yourself.
---------------------------
Without treatment, this “binge and purge” cycle can lead to serious, long-term health problems. Acid in the mouth from vomiting can cause tooth decay, gum disease, and loss of tooth enamel. Any type of purging can lead to bone thinning (osteoporosis), kidney damage, heart problems, or even death.
If you or someone you know has bulimia or another eating disorder, get help. Eating disorders can be dangerous, and willpower alone is not enough to overcome them. Treatment can help a person with an eating disorder feel better and be healthier.

When you start craving about eating junk food, busy yourself with doing something else, distract yourself. If that doesn't work, you can try and think of your family members and think about disappointment if they are seeing you eat like that. If you have a strong enough will, you will succeed in getting out of this eating junk food habit.

Bulimia is nothing to play around with. You could die from an electrolyte imbalance. Please seek counseling before you really hurt yourself. You are dealing with a guilt issue over something natural- we all have to eat to live. Sounds like a self esteem issue as well as an ego or (BDD) body dysmorphic disorder. I guess I am trying to scare you to get some help. This won't go away on its own. God Bless You!

Do what I do. Don't worry about what you eat or don't eat. Try to make the healthiest choices that you can and then move on. And stay away from scales....SERIOUSLY...
