I'm a shy, but very nice normal guy (about 5'9") in my 20s and I've always found attractive (blue-eyed) blondes with a great personality who are taller than me very sexy...However, I don't know how to find someone who fits my type since I work late all the time (including weekends) and if I did I wouldn't know how to approach her without seeming weird...alone or in a group? Would you be able to help me out????

I'll start by telling you this is normal so dont feel irregular. You may not approach her immediatly. You might wanna just hang around her but dont stock her. Thats a real turnoff. You may start a simple, unobvious conversation like asking for directions to go somewhere. Keep your cool and dont make her think you're trying to hard. Be yourself around her. Slowly get to know her. Start of as friends then work your way up to a date.

A group could give you more support and maybe it would make you a bit more relaxed... but... Blue-eyed blondes aren't always just walking around waiting for u to find them... so you either better search hard... or start to find some brunettes attractive too..lol
