u need to see a doctor, it is obvious some cardiac problems.
The main problem with cardiac problems is that the small things are ignored for so long until there is a problem that cant be fixed or fixed with major surgery and of course leading to death.

These things should not be ignored. The heart is a muscle and when it is damaged and no longer working, it just that, it cant be repaired so simply. Save yourself alot of trouble and see a doctor immediately.

I've never heard of that ? Seriously., it could be gas or your
gallbladder could be acting up. And then there's the old
stand by, heart on the right side?? But I doubt it.
