I don't know. I like animals, I have a cat who is sweet, but I really get bothered by animal people sometimes. When they talk about their pet as if it were an equal or another human, I think they are just crazy.

I was with a group of people the other day, and one of them started talking about his dog and pulled out a picture of the mutt. Six other people just went ON and ON about their dogs - it was dog chat. But no one was listening to each other or asking about anyone else's dog - they were all talking over each other. I wanted to scream.

Love, Jack

It may be named allot of things but what it is is...some people are innocent and tender and know the harm humans can do. Animals do not have hatred or malice, they just live without question. They retain their innocence because they can love, they do feel the loss of love and the happiness of love, they just don't analyze it. People who love animals more than people are often tender hearted and not cut out for the mind games of society. They don't want to be that way, it's just like anything human, we are born and learn and do what we know. I love my animal friends and I love the people I love, but children and animals hold something precious and dear which is stripped away from us in our lives. People who love animals are holding on to the innocence and good, often at a price, but everything has a price. Choose what you have learned to love or are born to love, either way real love is compassion, and compassion is never bad, even if it is not directed at you.
