i've only done exterior jobs and i've never had a problem giving quotes, but i was asked to do a master bedroom. They want a chianti wine color on 4 walls. is 3.00/sf too much?

The interior job would be safer, enclosed space not many people to see you in the act. A outside one would be cheaper if done upstate.

Body disposal is a flat rate.

Depends on what you are having done on the interior and exterior.
