It is either Cellaphanes or Paul Mitchell Shines.
It is basically a clear pigment-less color. Or a semi- gloss. If you do not get it all over and put under a dryer, then it is some type of a shine styling product.

they probably put a serum in your hair.. it's almost the consistancy of baby oil, but it helps with fly aways, smoothes out the hair and brings out the shine.. biosilk has an excellent smoothing balm that you can actually find at stores like smith's food and drug: http://www.biosilk.com/biosilk/silktherapy/product/st-ss-sb.htm

but remember a little goes a looooong way!!!

good luck!!!

I think it's like a silicone glaze they put on it. I've had it done before.
