yes. . . . take a class during the summer...or any other time,
and you could learn it.....you can also get a tuitor. To get a tuitor you can ask around or look in the newspaper or on the web, maybe even ask your friends.

but here are someo more words.....
srr about the lack of axcent marks....

pencil-lapice
dad-papa
flag-bandera
july-julio
pink-rosa
desk-escritorio

I'm not Spanish, but can I make a suggestion??....go to your local library...they have books on "Reading to learn Spanish" or something similar (or take a class if its available)... here's the problem with your "im me to learn Spanish" plan.... . you don't know how to read Spanish.. you know how to read English..... and unless you learn the correct pronunciation and grammatic rules, when you actually try to speak Spanish you'd be applying English rules to a Spanish words...

for example....
the word... leer is Spanish for "to read".... and you would likely pronounce it like the word hear . ..leer (or lear). . but in Spanish, the rules are different and you should pronounce the word like "lay-air""

I give your credit for trying to learn.... but just reading an Im will likely do more harm at your introductory level...
Good Luck, Hope I could gave you some useful insight
