my insecurity and not mentioned. Keep being insecure or let him know?

If you really trust him and mainly trust him with your situation (whatever it is) then i would let him know. And if you half trust him with this then just lead it on a little bit but you don't have to tell him the whole story. Whatever you feel confortable with telling him.

The longer you leave all of this unsaid the more insecure you will become. You and your boyfriend need to sit down for a heart to heart talk. Only then can he reassure you and help you sort through why you feel the way you do. If the 2 of you are unable to figure it out then you should consider professional counseling. Your insecurities may go beyond this relationship and probably stem from things that happened to you in the past. Counseling may be the only way you'll ever be able to feel secure in a relationship. You need to let him know right now about everything you're insecure about. That way, you can work together with him and hopefully you can no longer be insecure and you can trust him. If that doesn't work, then seek professional help. Good luck to you

I would suggest you let him know what your insecure about. Because you cant always hide things.

Honesty is key in any relationship.. If he doesnt like how you feel then he's not the right person for you..
