I think a great gift would be a gift certificate for an hour massage. Either have it sent to her or give it to her yourself...but make sure you add in something else small but special...maybe a candle of her favorite scent or a nice body spray from Victoria's Secret. This will let you know you want her to be comfortable, relaxed and happy and that you will do what you can to help her do this. Although it's something she will do on her own, I honestly feel it will be greatly appreciated, never forgotten and will keep you in her thoughts...especially when she lights the candle or wears a nice body spray (may I suggest Love Spell from Victoria's Secret...I haven't met a woman or man who doesn't love the smell! ) :) Good luck!! ~Kendra Leigh

Another thought...maybe even a nice bubble bath (NOT Mr. Bubble! lol), a couple candles, a nice bottle of Chardonney and ONE glass (you don't want to be pushy! lol) in a nice basket with a bow on top...and a nice card (say something genuinely sweet in it!) Both would be incredible gifts!! :)

Nothing. Believe it or not, the most fashionable thing to give to a woman nowadays is nothing at all. Too many men ruined the tradition of buying women a gift to show their affection by going out of their way to spend lots of money on their women, which in turn, makes them look like they are just trying to "buy" the woman, and makes us, the small timers, look almost the same way when we try to buy a good gift.

Besides, if she can't like you without you having to buy her presents, then she doesn't sound like someone you should be with anyhow. Of course, I know you don't want to hear that either. Man, I'm not sure who's more stubborn. Men or women? Who knows...

Okay look, if you really absolutely HAVE to give her a gift. Make sure it's something small, meaningful, and cheap. Yeah, I know. That sounds too good to be true, but this one actually isn't, in my opinion anyway.

If you want to have a really good idea for a gift that's cheap, meaningful, and generally just gets the idea across that you care about her, pay very close attention to how much she talks about certain topics. The more she talks about something, the more likely it is she would love to get a gift that is related to it. (If she's someone who loves to concentrate on the negative all the time, then ignore this tip, because you don't want to get her a dog if she's all the time complaining about the guy who owns a dog down the street for example. I know you're not that ignorant though, but I'm just making my point that you need to pay close attention. If you're in a mature relationship, it's almost invaluable to you to show in your own way that you've been listening all this time.)

I still think I need to warn you again. You're going to shoot yourself in the foot if you buy her something early in the relationshp, whether it be expensive, or perhaps just by buying her anything at all. For whatever reason, I've found that women tended to ignore me when I bought them presents early in the relationship. They get weirded out because this guy they hardly know is buying them gifts. It usually lead to her not calling me back and ultimately making herself scarce in my life.

Lastly, I'm hoping that you're not giving this gift to someone you barely know or have just started a relationship with. I'm serious, it will freak her out. Mark my words. However, if you've been with her for a number of months and you're buying her a birthday gift or something of that nature, that would be the ideal time to do so.

Laughter , Make her a Diamond Ring out of Cardboard and the tiny wires out of the telephone. Cut a Diamond shape out of Aluminum foil and glue on top ........ Tell her all about how the Diamond was Mined straight from the Aisles of Winn Dixie, and Point out its vibrant colors reflecting off the foil :-)
Good Luck after that your on your own :-)
I gave one to a Very dear Friend 25 yrs ago and she showed up at our 20 yr class reunion wearing it and that just really made my day :-)

A mug with some little candies or various kinds of treats in it.
Usually in stores they come pre-assembled in plastic wrap and little streamers. It's a nice gesture without a lot of pushiness.

A white rose or a carnation, or find out what kind of movie she likes and buy her one.

Take her out and let her pick out something she likes...

I personally like the little roses you can sometimes find at gas stations.

A great smelling candle is always a good idea..

Take her shopping. Girls like to shop and that way you give her a good time and the gift of whatever you buy her. ;-) Could get expensive so take lots of money. LOL

A little get away at a spa. Facial, massage, simple relaxation. And time to think about how wonderful the person who gave it to Her is.

A hand tied bouquet of fresh spring flowers...no red roses, other colors in the bouquet are fine. Make sure they are in watertubes.
