I can't isolate just one thing. When I first see a girl, I notice the shape of her body and face as well as her attitude. What feature I notice first depends on the angle I see her from.

It depends how far or close she is.
From far, the general shape of the person and how she carries herself.
Up close, attitude, personality, intelligence, sense of humor, hair, eyes, lips, ears, hands/fingers, toes.
The other body parts are not as important, unless the first set of details passes the test.

The face and smile. Even if she is not built perfectly her face and her smile will be what attracts me to her.
From far away the shape of her body. Because I can't see the face!

Whether or not she is attractive and then her personality. Attractive doesn't mean she has to be hot though. I like girls who don't wear a lot makeup and take care of themselves. I am more of a plain jane guy.

Lips and eyes. Deep dark color to their eyes the beg to be stared into and soft lips great for those moments of passionate kissing.
