I used to perform a complete physical exam before dating any one
but I quickly realized my error when I attempted them to give them a rectal exam... you never what lurks up there (i.e. - class rings, bottle caps, plastic silverware, STICKS, etc)
No wonder I had a hard time keeping a steady date!

That's from the basic foundational ID part of your personality. Attraction has a lot to do with mating instinct, so the things that turn you off about someone might well be coming from your core mating instinct -- whether you ever want kids or not.
Haven't you ever seen a guy/girl whom you found to be attractive, but weren't ATTRACTED TO at all??? Well, there you go!
And I agree, dirty nails, greasy hair, bad teeth -- anything indicative of bad hygiene in general -- ICK!

It has to be the entire package...I think I'd much rather have the dirty nails of a guy that worked a hard days work than the clean nails of the guy that still lives at home with his mom.

Haha yeah, I check the teeth. If they're not clean at least, I mean...not yellow and stained and chipped and too crooked, then he passes. The reason I'm so picky on teeth is b/c with my hearing loss, I have to lip read, and thus stare at the mouth a LOT to communicate. Plus, I wouldn't want to kiss someone who can't brush their lousy teeth. I'm a hygiene person too, I like to know the guy goes to the gym to keep fit b/c he wants to be healthy.

Yes. I really really check out guys that I meet. I too hate dirty long nails on a guy, If they are short and a bit dirty and they work construstion....well that is ok.
I don't like guys who dress like they just walked out of the 80's
I don't like guys who wear hair pieces.ewwwwww
or guys who do comb overs the bald spots.Or guys who tell lies.
My list is a mile long.........maybe that is why I am still single
*wink* I always have guys after me. I just need one who matches my style

Nope...I take them at face value & learn about their flaws throughout the dating process. If I sat & contemplated every stray hair, every crooked tooth, I would never date. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Pretty shallow outlook. You'll probably end up with a guy that looks like a model and treats you like dirt.

yes and no. my boyfriend of three years hand some really grimmy finger nails, i took him to get his first manicure ( i dont tell him that i hated his nails, i took him) and now he keeps his nails clean three years later. flaws are imperfections that can change.

I look, don't get me wrong, but I'm overall more attracted to personality and intelligence. As long as they aren't really fugly, it's no problem
