Do you mean communicable as in an infectious disease? No, not likely.
If you mean communicative, rest assured, God is. Many of us just don't take notice because it's not a booming voice from the sky, like in the movies. Well, guess what? This ain't the movies!
God will not appear before you (well, God CAN take any form God wishes, but highly unlikely) as an old bearded man in flowing robes. Would you really believe that anyway? No. God is not a being but the process of life itself.

All religion is man made it all makes the same claim that it comes from God. This claim is partially true but people can never stand to leave Gods word alone. This is because god’s word is consistent and does not mesh well with their personal preconceptions and bigoted ideas. So they make little changes here and there injecting their thoughts into the mix tainting the word with nonsense. For this reason you should not put much faith in these ideas about god that come from others. If God wants to tell you something He is perfectly capable of telling you directly.
Maybe you should stop reading what other people say about God and ask him to tell you what he wants you to do directly. Stop reading; clear you mind and listen. When you pray get you’re talking over as soon as possible and listen. He is trying to talk to you but your mind is full of nonsense from the bible and other sources. Don’t be surprised if what you hear does not sound much like what you have been told about God. You will be hearing Gods message minus the nonsense.
In your bible study have you ever heard of the small still voice? You can't hear it if your mind is otherwise occupied with other people’s silly ideas about God. Just try it you will be surprised

Only there isn't a she-god (goddess).
But there is a God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Sirit.
All three persons in this Trinity are ONE God.
As far as communicable, that is what the Bible is, it is a collection of God-inspired scriptures that explains what God's plan is for us, namely eternal salvation.
Catholics can have a very close communication with God through Holy Communion, where we eat His flesh and drink His blood. We also can have a spiritual communion with Him when we cannot take the Bread of Life in Holy Communion.

Why are we even entertaining this? God is a 'she'? And not 'communicable'? What tha? Where is this coming from?
Why do you believe that there isn't a God and that He does not communicate all day everyday both loudly and silently?
And where does the basis that God is a "SHE" come from? Not that you will change my belief in The Truth. But still, I am curious as to the origin of your misconception.

Hello friend,
I like that you at least capitalized the G in God, that says there's hope yet for you!
If you ever really want answers about God, ask a real question and I'll do my best to give a Bible answer.
Blessings,

No need to play with gender, God doesn't have a gender, and when we're in heaven we won't either.
As far as God not communicating,,, well, isn't the Bible a form of communication. Aren't we supposed to see God in every person. And, isn't all of nature telling us about attributes of God. I believe God is always communicating with us. We're just limited to our dimensions - God isn't. In some ways the whole of the universe is a product of the consciousness of God. We walk and have our being in God's mind.

Communicable? Like communicable diseases? Check your terminology and try this question again later.

If you mean "would God communicate with people", I'd say he does. He speakes to people who pray, he comes to people in dreams. Personally, I hear God everytime I look at the stars on a clear night.
Maybe you should just try listening harder.

I personally believe that this "God" people speak of is naturally listened to and also ignored too. It's that voice in your head that makes you think twice on your next move or something. Christians take this personally and that's where "God" comes in.
