I've already said those 3 special words. I've wrote them. I've said them. I've done everything I can to make him feel comfortable. It's fine if he's not ready to say those words. But why trace them if you're not ready to commit?

Saying the words to (your bf) may make things seem a little too real. Guys have a hard time saying those words, but do know he does love you. He may just need some time when it comes to saying it. Just don't force him to say it. Tho U can always trick him by asking him what he just wrote on U it doesn't make sense.

That mean he loves you a very very much.and he wrote that word because you can remember him till that traced word will disappears from your body.

Some people have a difficult time saying Love or "I love you" those words make people vunrable and they are afraid the words won't be returned.

it means that he wants to say it but he is scared that maybe u wont say it back. my bf signed i love u 4 like 2 months before he actually said it to me. give him a lil while longer, or just tell him that u love him see what he says.

As long as his actions show you that he really loves you, you have nothing to worry about. If he says it more than he shows it then you're in big trouble.
