It's animals. But remember, TV is not recommended for children under 1 year old.

Mostly puppets and toddlers. Their really colorful and interesting, playing recomposed classical music, and teach different things. We have the "Mcdonald's animals on the farm" and "Neptune's Discovering Water." By 17 months my daughter could point and identify all the farm animals including the sounds they made, could name all the farm foods, etc. My friend has a little boy who watches "Baby Galileo" by baby einstein and at age 2 he knows the names of all the planets. If you want to save some money, don't buy them brand new. I bought the second one on ebay for six dollars (originally 15-20 dollars). These are definately worth every penny.

Baby Einstein mostly uses puppets, toys, shapes and other objects that are recognizable and enjoyable for small children. Classical music accompanies everything.

I agree with the other person that infants don't benefit from TV at all, and toddlers hardly any.

If your child can watch toys and puppets floating by on Baby Einstein, couldn't he just as well watch you hold up toys in front of him and play some music in the background? It's better to play with real toys than to watch toys on TV.

They are wonderful videos. They are made for children as young as 3 months old. They are filled with bright colors and classical music that children respond well to. I really recommend them. They all have different themes such as Old McDonald which is farm animals. There is one about first words, zoo animals, things in the sky, etc......I found them at our local library and my son loved them. He started on them about 6 months old and didn't stop watching them until about a year ago and he is 3. Look in to them, I think they are fantastic

TV actually isn't a good idea til 2, and even then, you have to limit it...

I wouldn't let my kids watch TV til 5 or so... when they're getting a little bit closer to understanding the difference between real and make believe

I wouldn't bother. Children shouldn't watch any TV until they are 2
