if a mute child swears, does his mother make him wash his hands with soap?

I guess if he's swearing he's using his hands to do so (ie middle finger) then at that point it's simple you break that finger so it gets put in a cast...then he's stuck with that finger up all the time and he'll get so sick of it that when he gets the cast off he'll never do it again.

Swearing is done by mouth.so why has the hands to be washed?????????/
