The twins are connected at the brain, so it's not like you can seperate them and put the other in prison.

The evil twin robs a bank and forces the other at gun point to go along with it (threatening to kill both of them). This is caught on videotape and there are witnesses that testify that one of the twins is innocent.

What do you do?

If you send one to prison, you send both. If you let one go, you let them both go.

How long did it take you to think this up? I don't think they could get anywhere if one of them just went limp and refused. Your question is to full of holes to have any validity.

This is an excellent question, although it could have been framed much more feasibly.

The prosecutor would almost certainly get a conviction, but there would almost no chance the convict would do *ANY* jail time.

the other one thats innocent will be accused for assisting in the crime
so they are both at fault.
