just go to the beach and swim (well get your hair wet) and let it dry in the sun, then just keep repeating that-about 4 times. Than rinse and put tons of conditioner through it (like a really good deep condtioner) and leave on until dry then go home and wash with a good deep cleansing shampoo, rinse well and put a good conditioner (I like frederick fekkai) and rinse but leave in a tad and dry as usual. I used to use "Sun In " but I dont know if they make it anymore.I used to mix lemon-hydrogen peroxide-baby oil and lay in the sun-that use to work. The trick is to condtion, condition, condtion! I use to date a hair dresser and he also said just wash your hair (only once) with prell or head and shoulders and it will remove any dulling residues left in hair -always condition after! Also just poor about three cans or so of shiltz malt liquor or san miguel ( my dad would get really mad,who cares it works!) into hair and let dry -then wash/cond as usual.

first, kitchen is not spelled the way you spelled it. please use the spell check. that's why it's place there. second, try peroxide. it's not kitchen stuff but it's relatively safe. you could always go out in the sun & do it naturally. sunny highlights in the hair looks fabulous & so natural. by the way, peroxide will damage your ends of the hair if overused; so don't overuse!

Camomille. It doesn't change the colour, but enhances the blonde and light colour of the hair.
