I'm 15, of healthy weight (5 feet, 101 lbs) but I have excess fat in my stomach and thighs but my ribs stick out a bit, my calfs are fine (lots of Dance Dance Revolution) and my arms are strong. I walk over a mile about everyday and over 2 once a day every week but my thighs don't change. I have limited options about diets and buying equipment. I was wondering what the best way is to lose the fat in my lower stomach and thighs. (crunches/sit ups are very difficult for my asthma..)

I do have a bad diet, but it's the way my family cooks. I hardly ever eat out and I don't eat alot, I'm italian, and I eat pretty fatty foods. I'm drink 2 or more glasses of pop a day (which I'm cutting out totally)
I don't want to lose weight though, (i'd prefer not to go under 90) just tone up and gain muscle I guess.

It might not be possible to change the size of your thighs. There's a couple of sites that you could look up exercises for just your thighs like leg lifts and squats.

See this and do squats and lunges. This diet lifestyle should help you asthma. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

im just like you although i have a tiny waist big thighs and a big but. but for christmas i am getting a wii with fitness games like wii fit and dance games :) they are fun and will give ou great workouts!

ride ur bike, walk, run a few miles. It will get u healthier.
Buy some vitamins, take as mush 4 ur age as u should. TAKE THEM EVERYDAY!!!!!! and as I said walk, ride bike (or maybe even scooter) or run a few miles.

whats good about squats is you can do them while talking on the phone or watching tv
