Once upon a time I had a device that allowed sounds from my Laptop to be played over any radio. You just plugged it into the audio jack, tuned into the frequency recommended and presto; you can play all your music on your radio in your car or home. Does anyone know exactly what its called and where I can find it?

Oh and one more thing, I need one that works on batteries instead of a car adapter. but that was a good answer.
