No, most grocers call it green water. Now Romaine and a few others actually have some nutrition. Thats why iceberg lettece is usually cheaper then the others. I still buy it and add spinach to it or mix it with other greens. I make hot lettece salad with it. It depends on how fast you will use it too, it does have a longer shelf life then some others. It still gives some ruffage to your diet , but that is not nutrients.

I don't know about nutritional but it sure is good in a salad.
I ALSO KNOW THAT IF YOU MAKE IT IN A TEA AT NIGHT IT'S A GOOD SLEEP HELPER.
