I weigh over 143 pounds (and you don't need to know how much more, Nosey Parker!) and I can use playground equipment just fine.

Your self-esteem seems fine--if I'd broken playground equipment, I would have run away to avoid detection, not gotten on another piece of equipment and broken that, too. Your story seems a little unbelievable, but in case it's true, I don't want to crush your soul. So exercise and stay away from playground equipment made of taffy, which seems to be the case at your playground.

Well the first thing that comes to mind is 'go on a deit'. Eating the right foods is a good thing to do, but do NOT skip meals. If you don't eat, your body thinks your starving and then it stores more fat, because it thinks you need it more. That's why crash dieting doesn't work, as soon as the person does get food into them, their body stores it away like crazy.

I think you need to get back to your homework.

Equipment at a public park will withstand 143 pounds--even dynamically.
