Eating a lot of bad foods isn't going to give you a "body." It MAY make you fat with no boobs or butt. At 16, you may just not be as developd as others your age. But you know what? WHO CARES?! More than likely you will develope later. I knew girls in college that didn't have any curves. But when I saw them later at 25 or 26, they looked great. On the other hand, I've seen those 16 year old "hotties" when they were 25 or 26 look a little less "hottie". Consider yourself lucky that you can stay thin with little effort. It probably won't last forever, so embrace it while you can.

Gaining weight might not help your situation. I did not get my boobs until I was in the 9th grade and I did not get my hips/butt until I was 19 (I started having sex). It all came at once. I went from being flat chested to have full B cups. Just let nature take it's course.

Ensure isn't just for old people it is a supplemental nutritional diet plan. Sorry girlfriend when gaining weight the breast are usually the last place you gain weight.
There are exercises to firm what you already have but you risk the chance of making them firmer but smaller.
There are water bra's right at good old Wal-mart. They lift what you already have and know one knows.

I agree with Jojo about letting nature take it's course. You may end up getting in the habit of eating too much so once you start developing, you may not be able to take off the weight. Keep in mind too that the older you get, the slower your metabolism becomes.

Well if u tried fattning up by eating junk..and that's a no go...exercise...cuz muscle weighs more than fat.no use in eating too much junk. I know someone who tried to do that and now she's still very thin but has high colesterol...

you could eat carbohydrates. that helps. But do it slowly. You don't want to get sick doing it.
