Cut the feet and tail off then make a slice from the anus to the throat.
Wrap a rope around its neck and hang it at eye level.
Slice up the rear legs to the center cut.
Now with a sharp curved knife start peeling the skin back and cutting the membrane as you go.
Do the same with the front legs then cut off the head when you are done.

i dunno about a cat, but i like to soak the carcasses of coons in hot water and cut the skin down the middle. peel it off carefully, starting from one side and endind at the other.

It's very easy:
1st: u must be aware that your knife is blade enough;
2nd: Cut it's nails (u know they become dangerous when their skin is being cut!)
3rd: peal it as cruel as u can!
