every muscle group, 10 times 3 sets, 2-5 minute breaks in between, rest for1-3 days, eat lots of protien before workouts and after workouts same as carbs, and take in supplements before oyu go to sleep, dont over do your muscles or you will loose muscle mass, make sure you dont have pain after workouts do less if you do...
