An army friend of mine just came back from Afghanistan and was telling me about their culture. He said Hadji's were guys who walked around and used the bathroom on the streets, fields,etc, and then wiped themselves with just their hand. So naming a dog hadji would depend on if you liked your dog or not I guess.
