Try this vitamin by Rainbow Light... I take the women's formula and that also has much less iron than the standard drugstore vitamins.

Yes, atleast it does for me. When I was pregnant I was put on vitamins that had iron in them and one day I went to use the bathroom and had a REALLY hard time. I had to call the doctor and they took me off the vitamins. Gosh, I thought I was gonna have to go to the emergency room to get that crap out of me, seriously!!
