How would you describe asian people? (I am myself)?

could you describe how asian people look like in your own words? And how their personalitys are. Because I never read a description of asian people before, and I'm interested in what people have to say about us.

The primary difference in people is how they have been raised.
Physically I enjoy the quality and shape of the eyes and intensity that shows emotion. I have known women from China, Laos, Viet Nam, Korea, Philippines, on both sides of the fence. They are just people. Gauguin, I believe expressed his disbelief in his Tahitian hope of freedom where women danced naked upon the beach and then discovered that they were Christians when he arrived and did not.He still painted them as his imagination saw. Many of we Anglos still perceive the dream of the Asian princess. Personally, I believe that there are beautiful and unpleasant looking Asians, warm and passionate, shallow and uncaring etc. etc. etc. People are just people and you really should not worry or be concerned with how your nationality is perceived.

I find asian people very exotic and beautiful in their own way. Some of their personalities can be complex and difficult to understand due to culture and the way they have been brought up. They are very sentimental and loving people. Very creative and inspirational. They have a desire to be the best they are always. They tend not to waste money and spend on things that seem more important. For example health and beauty. Preventive health care is a good measure.

Let's see, I apologize if anywhere there is any stereotyping: almond slanted eyes, round, curvacious lips, soft and tender hands, slender solid figure, windswept polished hair. . .Asians are respectful because they have a strong family tradition and family morals, they are polite, and very gracious when asked. Of course, there are some mean people like everywhere else but for the most part I'd like to think people in general are nice.

There's no one description of looks, personalities, etc. that could possibly apply to all "Asian" people. "Asian" just refers to a particular (rather large) region of the world, but within that region there is considerable variation in looks, history, culture, habits, social mores, etc.
For example, Japanese are "Asian," so are Filipinos. They don't look anything alike. They don't have any language similarities. They don't have the same ethnic background (until you get back 10,000 years or so). For the most part they have different religions, traditions, etc. It always amuses me when white americans (I'm one) can't tell Japanese from Chinese from Thai from Filipino from Vietnamese...they don't look anything alike!

I've traveled all over Asia, and have in general found wonderful, friendly people who are great to get to know. I love and value the diversity and wide range of foods, traditions, etc. to be found in the various countries. And Asians have contributed much to our world in terms of science, culture, civilization, writing, math, etc. Not to mention the fact that despite the large differences in looks from one "Asian" to another, I personally think the girls are the most beautiful in the world...:)

As culturally varied as any culture. People from Asia are as genetically varied as people from anywhere else. Each develops his her own personally as guided by genetics and environmental stimuli. Why should I judge a person on the particular way they look, or how their particular cultural stereotype may have affected me in the past?

Get past it. You are a person first. You have your own personality and your own way of thinking. You probably will not read any description of a person from Asia because we that are educated get past the outside wrapping to discover the person that is inside -- the part that counts.

May not get you anywhere, but that is how I am.

Smart, attractive, athletic what do they feed you? Oh yeah asian food... haha. The only thing is, that most of the time asians are very recluse, and keep to themselfs. But I'm kinda like that too. Hmmm.

Um...they look like people? With features and characteristics and cultures from their ancestral homelands in the world. Even if not raised in it, it still shaped who their generation is today. Mostly they are people, and like all people some are good some are not, some more attractive then others, some smarter then others, and so on. Mostly I see my Asian friend as who she is, my friend.

they are the same as other people. the girls can be nice and out going or mean and spiteful. the guys can be total jerks or a lot of fun to hang out with. the only thing i notice different is that asian girls tend not to date outside their race. probably more so than other races. but that's just my observation of asian girls here. it's really too bad because i'm usually attracted to asian girls and i never get anywhere with them. it's probably more me than them. but other people have agreed with my theory.

I am an asian woman! I think your question is not only being curiosity about what people think about us. Personally I am faithful to myself and to my husband, lovable to my family and I respect my fellows of how they are. About our culture I always respect it, keep it in my heart because our old generation work hard for it to excist. Obey the rules of God and Church.
All people in this world, in any contenent, deserves to be called beautiful, intelligent, smart, whatever you name, we are all the same.
We have our own personality, culture and tradition.

how asian people look?
as a general rule, Small, thin, very youthful looking. incredible eyes; when i say youthful that also applys to a very adorable look. even adults tend to have a 'under twenty' appearance which is cute. most asian girls i've seen are really attractive. most asians i've seen are delicate looking, even if they aren't at all. all in all refined and very youthful looking. they're cute :-)
