A co-worker and I will be declaring war our the building next door to us. We plan to go up to the roof and build a trebuchet and a giant crossbow, but what can we put in the trebuchet? It is a little difficult to find boulders in the middle of Houston, and I am not sure of what else is proper to hurl at ones neighbors. Any ideas?

We are an ambulance station and our neighbor is a occupation therapy/ rehab. facilty (Healthsouth, for those that are familiar). It is heavily populated by the elderly, and we are a bunch of bored medics, if that has any effect on your opinions.

I suggest you stick to the same ammo that was used in the originals. I suggest dead and ripened farm animals. It was the earliest form of biological warfare.

Those big tubes that carpet comes on ... tape a basketball to the end of them ....... this could be used in the trebuchet's cousin the much feared ballista!

You could use dead cows. Or is it steers? Us city folks don't know the difference, it all looks the same when it's wrapped in plastic in the supermarket. But in Texas I suppose the most abundant ammunition would be Republican BS. Contact the Bush ranch in particular, they have plenty.

It depends on how violent you want to get.
I suggest giant water balloons filled with water based paint (easy to wash off).
But if you're more adventureish try the fuit- watermellons, papayas, etc.
