I want to go on a fast for 1 week but by the second day I always eat cuz I'm hungry what can I do to make myself not so hungry?

Keep all food items hidden. DO NOT WATCH COMMERCIALS...there will be a juicy steak dinner that will break you. Also, drinking lots and lots of water really helps as well as chewing gum.

Not eating for 1 week IS NOT healthy, and when you do decide to eat again your metabolism will be all screwed and you'll gain it all back and maybe more. I'd suggest looking into a healthier way to lose weight.

Fasting is a form of self torture, why would you do that unless you are Mormon, then that would explain it.
